This Shipping Policy applies to products bought and paid for through devakionline.com’s online checkout.
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver online orders within Puducherry and Tamil Nadu. If you are outside this area and would like to order, please contact us on WhatsApp to check if delivery can be arranged.
2. Delivery Method and Timelines
- Puducherry (local): delivered by our own vehicle, typically within 1–2 business days of dispatch, subject to stock and route. Our team will confirm the delivery slot with you by WhatsApp or phone.
- Rest of Tamil Nadu: delivered by courier, typically within 2–5 business days of dispatch, subject to stock and courier serviceability.
- Showroom pickup: always available, free of charge, at Shop No. 8, Kamaraj Salai, Thattanchavady, Puducherry – 605009, open all 7 days, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
These timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and may vary for reasons beyond our control (weather, transport strikes, courier delays, stock availability).
3. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day of payment being confirmed. You will receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation when your order is dispatched, along with tracking details where the courier partner provides them.
4. Shipping Charges
Any shipping or delivery charge applicable to your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete payment, so you always know the full amount before you pay.
5. Receiving Your Order
Please check your order while it is being unloaded and tell our delivery team at that moment if anything is damaged, defective, short or incorrect. See our Refund and Returns Policy for what happens next.
