2. Website Purpose

Devaki Online is operated by Devaki Ceramics as a product catalogue and enquiry platform for tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, kitchen products and related building and home-improvement products.

The Website currently does not process online payments or provide online payment checkout. Product enquiries and purchase discussions are handled through WhatsApp, telephone, email, showroom visits or other authorised communication channels.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product names, images, specifications and descriptions accurately. However, information may change.

  • Colours and finishes may appear different on different screens.
  • Tiles may have shade, batch, calibre, size or manufacturing variations.
  • Natural and textured products may have inherent variations.
  • Product specifications, packaging and availability may change.
  • Customers should confirm final product, quantity, shade/batch, specifications and availability before purchase or installation.

4. Prices and Quotations

Any price shown on the Website, where applicable, is for general information unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing, discounts, taxes, delivery charges, availability and other commercial terms may depend on product, quantity and destination.

A WhatsApp message, form submission or other enquiry is not automatically an accepted order. A purchase becomes binding only after the commercial terms are confirmed through an authorised Devaki Ceramics sales process.

5. WhatsApp Enquiries

Customers may use WhatsApp to request product information, pricing, availability or quotations. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability, a particular price, delivery date or acceptance of an order.

6. No Online Payment

The Website currently does not collect payment through an online checkout. Customers should not provide card, UPI, banking or other payment credentials through a Website enquiry form. Any payment arrangement for a confirmed purchase will be communicated separately through an authorised Devaki Ceramics sales process.

7. Orders and Purchase Confirmation

If an enquiry proceeds to a purchase, the applicable product, quantity, price, taxes, delivery terms, payment terms and other conditions will be confirmed separately. Availability is subject to stock and supplier/manufacturer availability.

8. Delivery and Collection

Delivery, transportation, unloading and collection terms may vary by product, quantity and destination. These terms will be communicated during the quotation or sales process. Customers should inspect products and packaging at delivery or collection and report visible shortage or damage promptly.

9. Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations and Refunds

Because the Website currently does not process online payments or online checkout orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the specific sales terms communicated for the relevant purchase. Product-specific manufacturer warranty terms may apply.

10. Intellectual Property

Website text, logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions and design elements are owned by Devaki Ceramics or used with permission from the relevant brand/manufacturer. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, distribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited except as permitted by law.
