How do I get the price of a tile or a fitting?
Search the product on devakionline.com and send us the product page on WhatsApp (97869 12637), or visit the showroom. Prices follow the brand’s price list and the quantity, so we confirm the current price and stock for you.
How do I order?
Three ways: pay at checkout on devakionline.com, send us the products on WhatsApp and we prepare a quotation, or come to the showroom. For orders placed on WhatsApp or in the showroom, the terms agreed at that time apply.
Do you deliver outside Pondicherry?
Yes. We deliver in our own vehicles in Puducherry and across Tamil Nadu. For bulk orders we can also deliver outside this area, and door delivery is possible depending on the order. Tell us your town and the quantity on WhatsApp and we will confirm the delivery and the charge. Showroom pickup is always free.
How much is the delivery charge?
It depends on the place and the quantity. We tell you before you confirm the order, and online checkout shows any charge before you pay.
Do I get a GST bill?
Yes. You get a GST tax invoice for every order, whether you buy online or at the showroom.
What if a tile or fitting arrives damaged or wrong?
Please check the goods while they are being unloaded and tell our delivery team at that moment. Complaints made after the delivery is completed cannot be accepted. For goods reported damaged at unloading, we arrange the replacement when the next vehicle goes on the same route.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Goods cannot be returned once they are supplied, and orders placed specially against your order cannot be returned at all. A partial return may be considered in some cases, subject to our terms and conditions.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders generally cannot be cancelled. In some cases a cancellation may be possible, subject to our terms and conditions. Please confirm quantities and designs carefully before you order.
How are refunds paid?
Tiles and sanitaryware are fragile, so we do not normally give refunds. Where a refund is approved, it is paid by online bank transfer.
How many tile boxes do I need?
Measure the floor or wall area in square feet, add about 10% for cuts and breakage, and divide by the coverage of one box (shown on each tile page). If you have any doubt, message us your measurements on WhatsApp and we will calculate it for you.
Which tile is suitable for a terrace, parking or bathroom?
For terraces we have Somany Cool Roof tiles, for parking and driveways the Durastone range, and for bathrooms anti-skid floor tiles with matching wall tiles. Tell us the area and we suggest designs.
